A translation that arrives with its own scorecard.
A translating agent drafts a line. An independent panel of judges grades it on five named axes. What clears the bar is promoted; what does not is sent back. The line that reaches the page has been measured, refused, revised, and measured again — not because one author was satisfied, but because a council agreed it had arrived.
